Fly Me to the Moon – New York Daily News; Review

Death provides the fuel for dark comedy plus something deeper in this wee but entertaining two-hander written and directed by Belfast-based Marie Jones, whose “Stones in His Pockets” was on Broadway in 2001.

Her new work, part of a festival of Irish plays, follows the misadventures of “two nobodies,” as one of them says. Nervous Loretta (Tara Lynne O’Neill) and cooler-headed Frances (Katie Tumelty) are cash-strapped community care workers…the actresses give terrific performances. And Jones grounds her script in the realities of a tight economy and an even tighter friendship. read more
