Daniel Mallen has been a professional firefighter for more than twenty years. A published songwriter his debut novel The Judging of Abigail Perdue has set his journey on a new trail.
The Judging of Abigail Perdue is a provocative, touching story laced with moral dilemmas – how would you vote if offer the chance to judge others in the next life? Could you condemn a sullied soul? How have I lived my life, how will I be judged? A speculative fiction with deep empathy and spirituality, the story probes our myriad motivations: money, sex, greed, power, loss and the parts of us that exist in the gray.
