Scór is the cultural wing of the Gaelic Athletic Association. During the winter months when the playing season ends, the GAA Clubs continue to compete for an all-Ireland Champion’s Title, on stage, through 8 separate cultural competitions since 1969. In 2014 Lorna Smith with the help of Fiona Smyth & a team of volunteers held the first official GAA Scór Competitions in New York. For the first time ever New York Scór na nÓg & Sinsear Scór 2016 Champions from Gaelic Clubs around New York took their award-winning performances to Broadway this is GAA History in the making in 2016. This unique crossover of Irish Culture and Sports on Broadway will continue as the 2017 Champions thread the board of Broadway!
